Memory Loss is a long-form collection of 250 Bitcoin inscriptions that explores the most intimate paradox of the human experience: our memory is what defines us, yet it is destined to corrupt, distort, and ultimately disappear.
The project begins with an act of extreme vulnerability: twenty-five personal photographs, twenty-five moments that have marked my existence. But instead of preserving them intact, Memory Loss subjects them to a programmed degradation process that will last a hundred years, transforming the Bitcoin blockchain into a permanent theater of dissolution.
Each work is a memory that dies slowly, publicly, immutably.

Meet NLV, whose artistic journey began almost as soon as he could hold a pencil. He started illustrating around the age of four, inspired in large part by his grandmother, an oil painter who lived nine hours away in another state. During visits, she taught him how to create with his mind and translate that vision onto paper and canvas. From there, he became obsessed with pop art. Marvel comics, Looney Tunes, Disney, surf logos, Mattel toys, anything he came across, he drew. His parents even worried at times because he mimicked all imagery, including taboo and satanic symbols, which led to serious conversations about what those symbols meant.

Ordinals Spotlight: BURST — ORDINALS YEARBOOK NO. 1 📙

Burst is a media artist and musician who has been minting since 2019 and inscribing since 2023, with a primary focus on Ordinals and Bitcoin. His collection, Ordinals Yearbook No. 1, is a body of 181 single-edition artworks inscribed on Bitcoin that reflects the first 18 months of his journey with the Ordinals protocol. It captures a period full of experiments, mistakes, screenshots, laughter, text prompts, print errors, conversations, overpaints, fragments, and people. For Burst, the Yearbook functions as a time capsule of those early months, highlighting key moments in both his personal evolution and the broader movement. This includes studying the cypherpunks and the cypherpunk manifesto, researching potential Satoshi Nakamoto candidates, and diving into the earliest drafts and inscriptions from Casey and the Ordinals protocol. Through remixing, reimagining, and paying homage, Burst sought to preserve this history in one cohesive collection, honoring what he calls bitcoin, the motherchain.

Born out of last year’s Genuary Forever campaign, which focused on onboarding more artists to Bitcoin, Silent Recursions by Luzotxoa is finally here, with special thanks to Pawel Dudko for his diligence in bringing the release together.

Silent Recursions is a series of 108 generative mandalas, each aligned with one of seven Vedic chakra sound frequencies, ranging from 396 to 963 Hz. The collection explores repetition, rhythm, and resonance through code, translating sound and structure into meditative visual form.

This release carried extraordinary weight. What began as her only direct self-portrait, created during a deeply personal and difficult period, became something far larger than a single work. Through its journey across chains and its final inscription on Bitcoin, THE SERAPH transformed into a living archive of memory, resilience, and permanence.

Breaking the original painting into 25 fragments allowed collectors to hold individual, powerful works that still belong to a greater whole. It wasn’t dilution, it was participation. Each fragment stands on its own, while collectively restoring something monumental, both emotionally and on-chain.

This drop was also about care, lineage, and responsibility. THE SERAPH honors loss, preserves context, and embeds its story directly into Bitcoin in a way that feels aligned with the gravity of the work itself. Immutable, traceable, and emotionally intact.

Meet Intrepid whose journey as an artist spans more than two decades, across continents, mediums, and now blockchains. From slide film and magazine assignments to Bitcoin inscriptions, his work has always been rooted in exploration, authenticity, and permanence.

Intrepid began his photography career more than 25 years ago, shooting foreign assignments on slide film. He later transitioned to digital and Web2 in the early 2000s, registering intrepidphotos.com and adopting the Intrepid pseudonym in 2001. By 2017, he was already blogging on-chain, becoming an early innovator in Web3. He has been published by houses such as National Geographic and Lonely Planet and exhibited in galleries around the world, from Sydney to New York to Milan. Entering the NFT space at the start of 2021, he has since built a network of over 500 on-chain collectors, with more than 150 digitised one of ones and numerous digital editions and curated releases collected to date. For Intrepid, bitcoin ordinals represent something distinct. He sees bitcoin ordinals being on BTC itself as the ultimate in immutable art.

Intrepid is drawn to remote locations and rare natural phenomena. Over the past 25 years, he has wandered through more than fifty countries with a camera in hand. Life in RVs, cabins, and sailing boats has taught him many ways to call somewhere home. His approach is to immerse himself in wild places and attempt to capture the feeling of them in a way that hopefully conveys that emotion through to the viewer.

Meet Reece Swanepoel, a visual artist who started with traditional drawing and painting in his teens, and over time art became the primary way he processed life and experience. After a traumatic period in his early twenties, making work stopped being optional and became something he needed to do to stay grounded. Digital art came later as a natural extension of his practice, giving him more freedom to experiment while still respecting the discipline he learned through physical materials.

He entered crypto art through Ethereum NFTs in 2021, which exposed him to a global audience and a new way of thinking about ownership and distribution. Eventually, Bitcoin ordinals stood out to him because of their permanence and restraint. Releasing work on Bitcoin feels intentional and long term, less about momentum and more about commitment. That mindset suits how he wants his work to exist.

But without it, it's impossible to go along the path of self acceptance and development.
She created this artwork after almost 1 year of being in a new country as a refugee, solo parenting two kids and yet doing my best to stay creative and positive and trying to be a better artist, mother, human than I ever thought is possible.
It's a personal story, but also a discovery in understanding of human feelings, female realization and self actualization.

Not Saints by Artifishal 🪽

Not Saints live for bidding on Signals is arranged in sequence, across seven books. The order matters. Nothing here is incidental.

The works aren’t meant to be taken apart or examined one by one. They’re meant to be experienced the way you move through time—one thing after another. What comes next changes what you just saw. Each image gains meaning from its position in the sequence, rather than standing alone.

I think about it like film editing. Each image is a shot. Some stay longer. Some pass quickly. Some don’t make sense until later, when something else reframes them. Match cuts and abrupt transitions echo film editing techniques, where continuity is created not through explanation but through visual rhyme and contrast. The rhythm comes from placement, not explanation.

Images repeat. But they don’t repeat the same way. Crowds shift. Color drifts. Objects take on meaning, then shed it. Yet meaning isn’t announced. It accumulates.

There isn’t a clear narrative and there doesn’t need to be. Things happen, then other things happen. The connection is felt rather than explained. To me, that mirrors how experience actually unfolds.

Some images feel old. Some feel immediate. Some move toward abstraction. That’s fine. Life doesn’t stay the same and neither does memory.

The work doesn’t resolve itself either. It ends where it ends.

There isn’t a single story running through the seven books. There are motifs that migrate. Objects return, altered by context. And so, a symbol that appears in Book I does something different once it’s been echoed or fractured in Book VII.

Ultimately, the work asks you to move through it slowly, one image at a time—to notice those shifts, to trace the connections, and to make sense of them yourself. The sequencing rewards attention.

What you see depends on how closely you look.

If something stays with you afterward, that’s the point. And if something changes the next time you view it, that’s also the point.

Clouds by FAR ☁️

“Clouds” began as a study of atmospheric phenomena: a subject with a rich history in art, computer graphics, and video games.

For this particular piece, I began by experimenting with AI-generated clouds. I ran the resulting images through several layers of shaders to deform them. This process accidentally produced an interesting, cotton-like, pixelated aesthetic. The final composition was originally realized as an inkjet print on archival paper.

To bring this image to Bitcoin, I encoded a version of the physical piece and applied a new shader to simulate atmospheric movement. We use the blockchain’s block height as a seed to determine the parameters of this motion, creating a new formation of clouds with every block.

About Noema
Noema reflects on the essence of perception, how the world is processed and reformed within the mind. The term comes from the Greek noēma, meaning “thought,” “concept,” or “that which is thought.” In Husserl’s phenomenology, the noema is the intentional content of consciousness: not the external object, but the lived version carried within.

The series explores the space between structure and experience. What is seen merges with what is imagined, as though each image is not a fixed form but a trace of consciousness. In every constellation of light, there is both matter and gesture and the imprint of how the mind encounters the world.

The works evoke remnants and reflections of the past, shaped by undefined feelings. They can be perceived as visualizations of neural sparks, where subconscious associations emerge, imprecise yet emotionally charged. These may be personal memories, impressions, or fleeting sensations, but they can also expand into the universal, recalling half-remembered masterpieces, pop-cultural echoes, or cosmic visions.

Noema ultimately speaks to what arises in lived experience, the pure sense existing between a thing and its perception. It is a visual meditation where the experiences of the viewer, the artist, and the digital image braid into a single thread: between the encounter, the image, and the thought that binds them.

What Remains With You by Zoe Louise 🌹

We’re proud to work with Zoe Louise for her third release on Gamma. What Remains With You is an intimate series of 16 works, each inscribed with parent and child provenance and fully on-chain metadata.

The collection explores the quiet heroism of choosing not to pass pain onward. It reflects on legacy as a form of subtraction, honouring those who have spent a lifetime absorbing hardship to create space for the next generation.

Each work exists as both a digital inscription and a physical A4 original. The physical artwork will be delivered to the first collector of each inscription, with shipping included in the sale price. Listings will go live as buy-now offerings in the middle of next week.

Zoe Louise’s work reflects on the invisible labour of inheritance. The inscriptions present a polished, shareable version of legacy, what the world sees and can admire from a distance. But the collectors who receive the accompanying physical artwork encounter something more intimate. They hold the emptied page, the material trace of what has been absorbed and left behind. It is a record of absence and transformation, capturing the marks and weight of experience that remain after the bloom has passed.

In this way, What Remains With You becomes a meditation on the subtle, often unseen ways that care and sacrifice ripple through generations. The collection invites viewers and collectors alike to reflect on what is given, what is withheld, and the quiet inheritance of enduring presence.

Colombian graphic designer and artist Yuzapata is presents a new Ordinals release, Cheers, a playful and interactive collection, (shoutout to his friend and fellow Gamma Partner Artist Buitrago for his code contribution).

Yuzapata’s work draws from the vibrancy of everyday life, channeling the energy of the streets through his signature character, Palometa the Pigeon. Each piece celebrates the joy and chaos of urban life, infused with the color, movement, and spirit of Colombian and Latin American culture.

Cheers is an interactive ordinal collection where Palometa evolves throughout the day, reflecting the passage of time. The series is an artistic meditation on the small luminous moments that unfold around shared drinks, capturing the ritual of connection, celebration, and togetherness.

The collection will be presented in Miami during Art Basel week, bringing Yuzapata’s signature Caribbean happiness to a global audience on the blockchain.

Partner of the Week 👩‍🎨

Meet Fereshteh Farmand, whose artistic life began long before she ever considered herself part of the digital world. A painter and illustrator with nearly thirty years of experience, she started creating art as a child, letting emotion, curiosity, and an evolving inner language shape her path. For Fereshteh, art has always been the way she understands the world, a space where feelings and questions take form before they ever become words. Her transition into digital art happened naturally. For many years she worked primarily with traditional mediums like acrylic, oil, and mixed media, while her illustration work required her to prepare book illustrations digitally. That blend of hand-drawn and digital techniques slowly moved her practice into digital formats long before she entered Web3. Eventually, her involvement in the NFT space began around four years ago, supported by the One Love Art DAO. Through one of their open calls, a Gamma drop titled Visible Violets, she experienced her first Bitcoin ordinal release. Stepping into this new environment felt like a natural extension of her journey, especially with such a thoughtful, supportive community around her. “So far, the experience has been inspiring,” she says. “For me, releasing work on Bitcoin is simply a new chapter in my artistic journey; another way to share my vision with the world.”

Color Calibration by DeltaSauce 🎨

His newest project, Color Calibration, brings a dedicated color study to Bitcoin, tracing the evolution of computers through five distinct palettes. The inspiration is deeply personal. “For this collection, I was inspired by the innovation of the computer over the decades. The computer and chair have always felt like a home for me, a place to explore the digital highways, and now I get to explore the latent spaces that were built on top of these highways.”

He recalls his first computer with vivid clarity: “I remember getting my first computer in the early 00’s and it being a gateway, and how it opened up the world to me. Thus by exploring this relationship between the pc and the chair, it feels like a symbiotic relationship.”

Building the palettes became a way to trace the lineage of digital history itself. “Exploration into color has always been something I’ve wanted to do, but I wanted to do it in a way that symbolizes a meaning. Each color is meant to represent a specific lineage of the evolution of the computer… each color is meant to represent a part of the evolution.”

His research deepened into early internet history: “Each color represents a specific era in the innovation of technology, from the early age of black and white monitors, to the era of green computer text on a black screen, to the blues of the early 1990s windows XP. Each color represents a growth in the technology that we use on a daily basis.”

Meet RosbelDev, who describes himself as an explorer of algorithmic art in the digital age. His journey into digital creation began quite unexpectedly during a vacation conversation with his wife. She introduced him to the world of creative coding, a moment that ignited his curiosity and led him to begin experimenting on his own. That spark, in April 2023, marked the start of his artistic path.

He first released his work on Tezos, through the fxhash platform, where he created several projects that helped him develop as an artist. “On fxhash, I learned a lot about combining art and programming,” he recalls. “Little by little, I began to find my own style.” His curiosity soon took him to Solana, where he continued to experiment, always seeking new ways to create and learn. Through community recommendations, he eventually discovered the world of Bitcoin Ordinals, where he found a completely new dimension for his art.

Matt, known in the digital art world as Acidhatmat, has lived many lives through his art. Born in Cape Town and now based in Cornwall with his wife and two kids, creativity has always been the current running through his story. His father, a painter and picture framer, made sure art was part of the everyday. Matt was the kid sketching strange characters instead of focusing on the lesson, a natural-born creator who couldn’t help but make. His path wasn’t a straight line. After a brief flirtation with graphic design and 3D animation, life took a darker turn. Addiction pulled him away from structure and toward chaos. But even there, art was waiting, a mirror and a medicine. “It was when I started using art in a more meaningful way,” he says. “Not just as something to do, but as a way to express what was going on inside me.” A profound psychedelic experience later reset everything. He moved to the coast, got clean, and began again, painting, experimenting, reconnecting. By 2018, his practice evolved into the hybrid world of digital manipulation, photographing his abstract paintings and reshaping them digitally. When crypto and NFTs entered the picture, it all clicked. Solana introduced him to a genuine digital art community, and Bitcoin ordinals sealed it: “It felt like carving a moment of creativity into digital history.”

Meet Johan, known in the digital art space as Pixel Sculptor, is a 27-year-old artist from Colombia. His journey into art began not in classrooms but through self-teaching. Financial constraints prevented formal studies, but passion fueled his path. Johan has been creating pixel art for seven years, with the past two years spent exploring the Web3 space.

“I started on a pixel art app where I connected with two other artists. We formed a small group with the goal of evolving together and eventually creating collaborative art. That group didn’t last long, but it was a meaningful beginning. After that, I decided to keep going on my own, creating art on Solana. Some time later, eliherf introduced me to Gamma. Eventually, I applied for their partner program and here we are.”

Meet chiral for whom Art was present from an early age, with fragments placed across many different networks before moving to Bitcoin. Chiral Day began inscribing in February 2023, with the two primordial inscriptions being 43,117 and 46,467.

His work navigates “the incongruity of raw human experience with the sanitization of digital life through ‘eyebleach,’ or chaotic schematized disentanglement with unreality, or an approach to the viewing of the kaleidoscope mirage.”

Every ordinal inscription is intended as a stand-alone object with aesthetic appeal for collecting. Yet within that independence lies a polarity: “the saccharine and grim through a surreal horror.” Authenticity comes not from an imposed meaning, but from the act of carving away at pixels until only a final signal remains.

The exclusive airdrop for Gamma Season Pass holders from Gamma Partner Mag has now been completed and was extremely well received. Mag, a photographer and generative artist who has been releasing art on Bitcoin since 2023, merges cinematic photography with generative techniques to create visuals that feel like memories rendered in code. His new collection, Cosmoforge | 宇宙鍛造, presents evolving textures, light, and depth. Art that rewards repeated viewing.

Inspired by the Gamma Continuum Calendar’s concept of an endlessly repeating calendar and the possibilities of science fiction, the work originates from Kyoto street photographs that evoke an imagined, cyclical universe. Each photograph represents one of four cosmic states, Void, Portal, Warp, and Hyperspace forming an orderly universe that endlessly cycles. These images are combined in an on-chain glitch program where the ordered cosmic state is disrupted, fused, and reconstructed.

Partner of the Week 🧑‍🎨

Meet Volker, a generative artist who is passionate about exploring the creative possibilities of this exciting medium. His path began six years ago while studying and creating plans and 3D designs with code.

Since childhood, Volker was drawn to two things, books and art. “My childhood was spent with different stories and books, and I always used my imagination to change stories, and create my own stories. This was exactly what existed in art, so I started to take some private classes to explore different mediums.”

As a beginner, he focused on the rules of drawing and realism. By age twelve, his growing power of abstraction encouraged him to experiment with non-realistic and expressionist works.

A Studio Sale 🎨

WEAPON OF MASS LIBERATION 🎨

A collaboration between Gamma, DocT, and VIVID Gallery featuring a novel approach to editions on the mother chain. Conceptual nature of the work: Throughout history, artists have been the first to sound the alarm against authoritarianism, and the erosion of freedom. Hence, Weapon of Mass Liberation is not just an image—it is a statement. Its core message, “CREATION IS LIBERATION”, becomes permanent as inscriptions on Bitcoin. By elevating Bitcoin’s role from money to memory, the work positions the blockchain as a cultural archive. Each inscription expands its purpose from finance to truth-telling, from economics to culture. In an age of surveillance and censorship, Bitcoin provides artists with a tool to bypass control and ensure their voices endure.

A New Approach to Ordinals Editions: The edition is anchored by a parent inscription that secures both identity and provenance, referencing the seals of DocT and VIVID Gallery directly on-chain.

From this foundation, an intermediate layer of inscriptions separates the necessary assets—such as the artwork and handcrafted digits—from the editions themselves. Through recursion, editions reference these assets, minimizing the blockchain footprint while preserving the uniqueness of each individually numbered piece. This layered architecture ensures authenticity, efficiency, and permanence in equal measure.

Meet Adrian Pocobelli, an artist who creates pixel-based works entirely from his mobile phone, driven by a deep sense of nostalgia. His artistic sensibility was shaped early on by a childhood trip to the Vatican, a treasured stamp collection gifted by his grandfather, and countless hours spent reading comic books and collecting sports cards. Drawn to the accessibility of digital creation compared to traditional mediums like oil, acrylic, or screen printing, Pocobelli embraces the freedom and low cost of working digitally. In his twenties, he earned a Master’s in English Literature from the University of Saskatchewan, writing a thesis on The Atrocity Exhibition by J.G. Ballard, a work that profoundly influenced both his thinking and his art. Surrounded by art books growing up, he has always lived and breathed art, now channeling his passion into pieces that explore color, nostalgia, and historical commentary. Sourcing imagery from the internet, current events, and cultural ephemera, Pocobelli recreates the news, preserves fragments of history, and infuses each work with his own imagination—often bringing his creations to life over a series of quiet coffee sessions.

Art on BTC is a curated collection by Pixel Palette Nation (PPN), featuring 15 artists from around the world. For many of these creators, this marks their genesis artwork on Bitcoin, inscribed permanently on the blockchain. Every main inscription in this collection is etched onto rare Block 9 450x satoshi, among the oldest in circulation, and tied together through parent/child provenance—ensuring that each artwork carries both rarity and traceable lineage on Bitcoin.

$ORACLE BRC-2.0 is on the way, bringing yield-backed Ordinals and Bitcoin-native prediction markets. The prophecy rises as this new release takes shape, with whitelist access and social links available at BTC World. 888 OG Ordinals (Genesis Prophets) minting 9/25.

Mycelioid ARC by Pawel Dudko is the 10th entry in the art journal on blockchain. Responding dynamically to Bitcoin’s ongoing development, each new block triggers a sequence that reshapes the work.

New to Signals, Best Before is a collaboration between Lemonhaze and Ordinally.

What if art had a lifespan?

That’s the question at the heart of Best Before, a first-of-its-kind generative art project on the Bitcoin blockchain. Here, the traditional concept of an immutable, permanent digital asset is turned on its head, mimicking instead the impermanent, sometimes all too short human lifespan.

Each of the 420 unique works is born “sealed” at the time of inscription, its fate, lifespan, and even its final visual identity is determined unwittingly by the collector who chooses to “unseal” it. Once activated, the piece begins a countdown, aging according to a mortality curve dictated by Bitcoin block time. It will live, peak, and eventually expire: the inscription remains on-chain, but the living render is gone. Yet, within this system of transience lies a tantalizing exception: a tiny fraction of these works, 0.69%, are mathematically destined to become immortal. These rare pieces will defy the mortality curve, existing forever as an enduring testament to the permanence of the blockchain.

By choosing when to activate a work, the collector becomes a critical participant in its life, making an intentional decision to either keep a piece sealed for years to come, or release it to begin its countdown toward an uncertain fate. Each sealed artwork is full of potential, a state of perfect and eternal preservation. But it is only by unsealing it and revealing its predestined expiry that its full beauty and story can be enjoyed.

This act of activation is a profound one, transforming a static object into a living work of art. It forces us to confront a fundamental question: Is the risk of starting the countdown - knowing its life may be all too short - worth the reward of witnessing its full, vibrant, fleeting existence?
