Partner of the Week
Meet Whitters, an artist, muralist, inscriber and more, who seamlessly blends realism and surrealism, driven by a passion for challenges, thought-provoking creations, and spreading love through art. Growing up in the remote Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, she developed a deep appreciation for nature and history. Whitters' artistic journey was profoundly shaped by her grandmothers. Her maternal grandmother, "Nanny," nurtured her creativity and patience, leading her to her first art class with Stephen Shoemaker. Her paternal grandmother, "Mammaw," instilled a love for creativity and hard work, which Whitters experienced during imaginative days at her florist.
Her parents further influenced her development, with her mother encouraging outdoor play and her father teaching the value of hard work while supporting her artistic pursuits. This blend of creativity and dedication helped Whitters achieve a BS in Chemistry from Appalachian State while continuing to cultivate her passion for art. Now, as a mother, she draws daily inspiration to grow as a person and artist. Whitters' work reflects the love and influence of those who have shaped her, aiming to resonate with others and provide them with what they need through her art.

Bitcoin Is…
Congratulations Gamma Partner Artist WeaslyGrizzly of Megapont for successfully minting out his 10,000-piece collection on Bitcoin, Bitcoin Is....
This collection combines memes, Bitcoin culture, and the MegaPunks community in a bubblegum-inspired style, with a strong technical foundation behind the mint.
WeaslyGrizzly, a top-tier pixel artist, pre-inscribed 100 original pieces using the parent-child method, which were then brought together recursively through a unique on-chain engine. Each mint gave collectors an equal chance of pulling one of the 100 original designs, inscribed as unique on-chain delegates. These delegates are integrated into the 10,000-piece collection, creating a dynamic minting experience. This approach offers a fresh and engaging way to experience the mint, with multiple delegates included in the release.
The Bitcoin Is... collection demonstrates WeaslyGrizzly's talent as a pixel artist while also showing how on-chain data can be used to create variability and interactivity in a collection. The result is a fun and innovative drop that stays true to the spirit of the MegaPunks community.
We’re Here to Help
Every six months, Gamma Co-Founder Nick Sainato shares our technical support statistics publicly because excellent support can make or break a company's reputation and the overall user experience. He was proud to report that in 2024, despite a record number of support requests, Gamma Support excelled across all metrics.
Gamma achieved a 91% target rate for replying to tickets within 24 hours, a 98% support satisfaction rating, and resolved 76% of tickets in the first reply. Our median resolution time was an impressive 7.9 hours.
Even better than providing great support is reducing the need for support. Our Help Center has proven to be a valuable resource, with 33,500 help article views in 2024. Additionally, 88% of searches in our Help Center resulted in a helpful article, and 44% of questions asked to our Answer Bot were marked helpful, eliminating the need for human intervention.
Special thanks to Cirroshi, who leads our Technical Support organization at Gamma. For assistance, you can visit our Help Center, use the Help/Answer Bot on our site, reach out via email, or send a direct message to our support team.
