Welcome to Gamma's weekly newsletter, where we share all the news and alpha you need to know about Bitcoin NFTs. Subscribe so you never miss an issue!
The stats are in. Since launching our low-fee, easy to use Ordinal inscription tool just less than two weeks ago, you’ve created over 8000 inscriptions (and counting) on Gamma.
We’re so excited to continue building with you all — keep reading to learn about some of the exciting updates coming soon.
P.S. Thanks for the shoutout, Bankless! Help us RT to share the buzz 👇
Just in: New Ordinals wallet support 🎉
Have you heard? Two wallets born out of the Stacks ecosystem (Hiro and Xverse) have upgraded their tech to now support both Bitcoin and Ordinal Theory. Now, you can safely store and transact with your Ordinal inscriptions so you never accidentally lose your inscribed sats to a miner fee.
Thanks to the quick work by the teams from Hiro Wallet & Xverse (the devs did something!), you can now view your Stacks NFTs & Ordinal inscriptions all in one place. Update your wallets now and start interacting with inscriptions 👇
More Ordinals updates
On Gamma, we’ve added a tab so that you can view and browse popular Ordinals Collections. If you want a collection added, submit a request here!
For those looking to create Ordinals collections from scratch, start by creating some inscriptions through our creator portal — we’ll even email you when your inscription is ready.
Stay tuned — we’ll also be releasing a marketplace and a tool for bulk inscriptions very soon.
In addition, you can now inscribe GIFs through Gamma. For best results, try and keep your images under 60 KB and your GIFs under 200 KB.

Learn about .btc domains
What is a .BTC Domain name?
A .btc domain name is the Stacks blockchain's decentralized web identity and human-readable wallet address system.
On Gamma, you can use your blockchain domain to transfer NFTs to someone by typing in their .btc name instead of the longer alphanumeric wallet address, or you can use it to view your own — or someone else's — profile and NFTs on Gamma. your BNS name is automatically reserved as your unique profile address, like gamma.io/example.btc.
Learn more about .btc domains down below, and congrats to those involved in a record BNS sale this week for loan.btc!
